Course Enrollment and Payment
When you enroll in a course, you enter into a contract to receive educational services as described in the course materials. Payment is required at the time of enrollment unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon.
Prices are listed in British Pounds and include applicable taxes where required by law. We reserve the right to modify course prices, but changes will not affect enrollments already completed.
Course Access and Materials
Upon enrollment, you receive access to course materials for the duration specified in your course description. Self-paced courses typically provide lifetime access, while time-limited programs specify the access period.
Course materials are provided for your personal educational use. You may not share login credentials, reproduce course content, or distribute materials to individuals who have not enrolled.
We reserve the right to update course content to reflect current best practices and technological changes. Enrolled students receive access to updated materials at no additional cost.
Intellectual Property
All course content, including video lessons, written materials, templates, and resources, remains the intellectual property of our organization. Enrollment grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use these materials for personal educational purposes.
You may not create derivative works based on course content for commercial purposes or represent course materials as your own intellectual property.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these terms.
Refund Policy
We offer a fourteen-day satisfaction period from the date of enrollment. If you are not satisfied with your course within this period and have completed less than twenty percent of the course material, you may request a full refund.
Refund requests must be submitted via email to [email protected] with your enrollment details and reason for the request. Refunds are processed within fourteen business days of approval.
After the initial fourteen-day period or if you have completed more than twenty percent of the course, enrollments are non-refundable.
